For the past five years or so, his primary focus has been on residential condo development on the gulf coast, including Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Florida. He presently has well over a half billion dollars in projects in various stages of development. Another Ft. Lauderdale project Earl Weber has under construction are the twin tower Water Club Luxury Condos with accompanying boat slips in Coral Ridge. The Pier 17 project was attractive to him because of his passion for boating and the very strong demand for mega yacht slips in Ft. Lauderdale. A Megayacht owner himself, Earl Weber will be occupying one of the Slips at Pier 17, and thus has even greater interest in assuring the facilities are top of the line.
