Pier 17 is pleased to announce that all initial demolition has been completed. The project is moving along exactly on our anticipated timetable. Sales have been brisk and with each passing day, more progress is visible on sight. “Our reception with the megayacht community has been extraordinary. We are now beginning to develop the infrastructure for the services that will be provided to Pier 17 owners and guests,” says Steve Fill, Director of Sales and Marketing.
